Dr. Dionne Hudgins, RN, CNE

Dr. Dionne Hudgins is a dedicated professional with over 25 years of rich experience in nursing and education. As the founder of Covenant Care Nursing Services, Inc., Dr. Hudgins brings a profound commitment to excellence in providing in-home medical and non-medical care. She has worked across various healthcare settings, from bedside nursing to administrative roles, including serving as a nursing supervisor, director of nursing in healthcare facilities, and director of a community college nursing program.

Dr. Hudgins's journey in healthcare began in her youth, watching her parents care for her grandfather at home, sparking her lifelong passion for helping vulnerable populations. She pursued nursing right out of high school, achieving a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, followed by a Master’s in Nursing Leadership and Administration, and a Doctorate in Higher Education with a focus on community college leadership. Since becoming a registered nurse in 1996, she has dedicated herself to teaching, leading, and providing compassionate care.

Her philosophy centers on the belief that individuals thrive best when they remain in their homes, surrounded by comfort and supported by appropriate care services.
